CALL CENTRE AGENTS

(Petaling Jaya – (with public transport))

Responsibilities:

• Promptly handle customer enquiries and transfer the calls or chats to our in-house lawyers.
• Providing list of suitable partner law firms to members (when required, re subsequent to advise from in-house lawyers) for members to select.
• To transfer the call to the selected partner law firm.
• Ensure compliance with customer’s standard operating procedures.
• To handle complaints and enquiries from customers as well as feedback professionally and tactfully.
• To make outbound call to set up appointment with potential customers when there is no incoming calls. Leads will be provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Call Centre/Telesales experience would be an advantage. No legal knowledge needed as training will be provided.
• Applicants must enjoy talking to clients over the telephone.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese dialect(s) would be an advantage.
• Minimal PC knowledge.
• Working Locations: Jaya ONE, Petaling Jaya (easily accessible with Public Transport).
• Able to start immediately.

Basic salary + allowance (if work on shift) + attractive benefits.
